About the Role:
Maxima’s valued client, located in the picturesque Adelaide Hills, is looking for an experienced People and Culture Manager to cover in a temporary capacity whilst recruitment occurs for the permanent position. The duration of this role is expected to be between 6 – 12 weeks approximately. This is a full time role, Monday to Friday.
Working with a high level of autonomy, the People and Culture Manager is responsible for leading the way across all Human Resource functions, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and implementation of HR best practices. This role has the autonomy to make day-to-day decisions relating to recruitment, performance manager and staff wellbeing within approved frameworks.
A key focus of this role is the successful implementation of a new Human Resources Information System.

About You:
- Extensive experience in a similar role (required)
- National Police Clearance (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- Ability to travel to Mount Barker
