About the Role

Reporting to the team leader, you'll support a well organised portfolio based in the hills, with leasing, admin support and hands-on, supportive leadership. Your central focus will be on nurturing strong owner & tenant relationships, leading with expertise and offering top-tier service.

Key Duties

• Listing & advertisement of properties
• Open inspections & private viewings
• Support a tidy portfolio of 60-80 residential properties
• Lease renewals, tenant selection & property appraisals
• PCRs and routine inspections
• Repairs and maintenance
• Rental arrears management

Skills & Experience

• Previous PM experience is essential
• Experience using PropertyTree and Inspect Real Estate software
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• High level of care factor and customer service
• Highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills
