About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to support the delivery of high-end residential builds from contract through to completion. You’ll manage documentation, liaise with trades and suppliers, track variations, and ensure that every aspect of the build process runs smoothly, on time, and to budget. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is process-driven, and brings a strong understanding of residential construction.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage building contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and variations

Work closely with the Director, clients, site supervisors, and trades to ensure clear communication and seamless delivery

Review project timelines, budgets, and cost tracking

Liaise with suppliers and consultants to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

Manage compliance documentation and site-specific requirements

Support construction team with scheduling and procurement tasks

Maintain project records and systems accurately and consistently

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a Contract Administrator role (custom residential preferred)

Strong understanding of building contracts, budgets, and timelines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Buildxact, Buildertrend, or similar)

High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

A genuine passion for quality building and client service
