About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our growing team at RB Tile Pty Ltd based in North-East Melbourne with a hybrid work model. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our construction contracts, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. With a strong focus on compliance and risk management, you will be an integral part of our project delivery process.

What you'll be doing

Review and coordinate builder and private project contracts

Manage client communication via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses

Prepare job quotes, track budgets, manage invoicing, and report on project milestones and costs

Liaise with project managers, trades, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective collaboration

Provide basic tech support and admin troubleshooting across office systems

Maintain accurate contract documentation and project records

Support the wider project team on contractual matters and assist with operational coordination

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-2 years in admin or coordination roles

A confident handle on Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.

Exposure to the construction industry (not required but highly desirable!)

A sharp eye for detail and excellent organisation skills

A calm, can-do attitude and great communication
