What You'll Do:

First Port of call, Answering incoming Calls (within 3 rings😊)

Provide top-notch support to our valued customers via phone, email, and chat.

Redirect calls to the correct departments

Solve problems with empathy and efficiency, ensuring every interaction leaves customers delighted.

Collaborate with a supportive team to continually improve our service.

Unpacking and labeling incoming Spare Parts

Process Spare Parts Sales orders, packing and organising despatch

Take a primary role in building quotations for Sales BDMs

Enter details of clients' quotes into CRM

Communication with clients regarding supply chain milestones

Technical aptitude to support a rollout of a B2B Website, i.e., photograph spare parts and load images and helpful source docs into data applications, with support from the marketing team.

A strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Suite.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)

Experience with CRM systems (specific platform experience welcome but not required)

Previous experience in customer service is a bonus, but a willingness to learn is what truly counts!

1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, particularly in parts/technical environments

Minimum Year 12 completion or equivalent required

Must have permanent right to work in Australia

Must be able to pass pre-employment checks
