We’re looking for an experienced Admissions Officer who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with structured processes to join our Admissions team at the Engineering Institute of Technology (EIT). This role mainly focuses on processing international student applications accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with all relevant education regulations. It’s a role where you can have a direct and positive impact helping prospective international students take the next step in their education journey.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Processing international and domestic student applications with speed and accuracy
- Conducting initial assessments and Genuine Student (GS) evaluations
- Preparing letters of offer and issue Confirmations of Enrolment (CoEs) in line with standards
- Maintaining accurate records in PRISMS and our student management system
- Ensuring compliance with all internal processes and relevant government legislation
- Liaising with students, agents, and internal teams to manage queries and keep the enrolment journey smooth
- Contributing to ongoing process improvements and support your team as needed
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- At least 2 years of experience in international student admissions with knowledge of GTE/GS assessments, and CoE issuance
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
- Comfortable communicating with people from a range of cultural backgrounds
- Organised and able to manage competing priorities without cutting corners
