What's on Offer

In line with our growth strategy in the commercial and government markets, we are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to expand our Service team. In this role, you will be supported by a Service Manager, and collaborate with your specific group of clients to address their plumbing needs.

To achieve the best trade services, every time, you will:

Work with dedicated Service Coordinators, to plan and schedule the efficient and profitable delivery of quoted and reactive jobs.

Lead your own team of Plumbing Technicians to deliver quality work, efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities include:

Delivering great service to your clients

Supporting the safety of the team

Role modelling the Leadership values of Level

Delivering on financial objectives

Our Wish List

Minimum 2 years recent experience in a similar role

Excellent communication skills.

Superior client engagement skills

Business acumen

Plumbing licence and/or knowledge of plumbing principles and processes (desirable)

Critical thinking and problem solving ability, especially in a fast paced environment.

Strong customer service ethos.

Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to work independently.

General Construction Induction (White Card)

Drivers licence - C Class or above

Asbestos Awareness

Crystalline Silica Exposure Prevention
