To support our growing domestic and international operations, we have developed the Wine Tracing System (WTS), a fully integrated digital platform that allows clients to place custom orders, design labels, track production progress and manage export logistics. WTS is central to our commitment to efficiency, traceability and customer satisfaction.

About the role

We are seeking an ICT Business Analyst to support the ongoing development of our Wine Tracing System (WTS), which manages customer orders, label design, production, and export workflows. This role is key to our digital transformation, ensuring the system grows in step with evolving operational needs. You will work closely with teams across production, sales, marketing, and IT support to gather requirements, analyse processes, and implement improvements that enhance daily performance.

Tasks & Responsibilities

l Evaluate the functionality and performance of the Wine Tracing System (WTS), identifying and improving key workflow modules including order entry, label design, production scheduling, and dispatch tracking.

l Collaborate closely with departments such as production, sales, marketing, and IT to collect business requirements and translate operational feedback into clear and actionable system improvement proposals.

l Recommend system upgrades and prioritise features based on business growth needs, including support for new product lines, customised packaging, and bulk order processing.

l Drive digital transformation across production and operations by identifying optimisation opportunities in traditional workflows, improving process efficiency and data visibility.

l Support the establishment of a data-driven decision-making framework by enhancing data collection, analysis, and utilisation to better inform management strategies.

l Proactively identify and define data tracking requirements across the full production lifecycle—from grape intake, bottling, and labelling to warehousing and export. Streamline system logic to ensure complete data flow, operational transparency, and full compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

l Draft user stories, test plans, and change documentation to support system development, testing, version upgrades, and issue resolution in collaboration with developers and IT staff.

l Develop training materials and user guides; conduct cross-departmental training sessions to ensure effective system use and improve data entry accuracy.

l Monitor system usage, error logs, and workflow bottlenecks; produce regular analysis reports and propose practical optimisation recommendations.

l Assist in integrating WTS with other internal systems such as inventory control, label printing, and export declaration platforms, helping to build a unified information management environment to support business expansion.

Skills and Qualifications

l Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or a related field

l Experience over 3 years as an ICT Business Analyst or Systems Analyst

l Strong skills in gathering requirements, mapping workflows, and improving business systems

l Ability to analyse problems and propose practical, user-focused solutions

l Proficient in writing functional specs, process diagrams, and documentation for system changes

l Familiar with optimising processes across areas like order management, production, and logistics

l Excellent communication with strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills
