We’re on the lookout for a Customer Support & Onboarding Specialist to join our collaborative and innovative team. This role is ideal for someone enjoys variety in their day, helping customers succeed and thrives in a small team environment.

About the Role
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them onboard our software, answering support queries, delivering tailored training, and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. You'll also work closely with our Product Manager to support testing of new features and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level customer support

Coordinate onboarding and setup for new customers

Deliver product training sessions

Maintain and update support materials and knowledge base content

Participate in product testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams

What We’re Looking For

Experience in the Travel Industry, and knowledge of corporate travel technology products

Experience in customer support, onboarding or training

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem solving skills and a customer first mindset

Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities

Team oriented, curious and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
