About the role

Are you a problem solver with a passion for delivering fantastic customer service? We’re looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join our Support Team who provide our customers with 24/7 support.

Other Responsibilities Include:

• Provide first level and interim support of the Independent Solutions application suite

• Investigate and solve business and software issues, utilising manuals, tools, on-line help and available support resources

• Assist in the identification and correction of data integrity issues and application faults

• Assist in software testing and evaluation, validation, documentation

• Proactively and continually update and maintain knowledge of relevant applications and systems, looking at current trends and requirements required by our customers

• Address all tasks as requested by the Support Services Manager

What we're looking for

Customer service Superstars! Previous experience working within a customer service role is highly preferred.

An understanding of retail concepts and procedures.

A high drive for continuous learning.

A passion for computers and Information Technology.

Previous experience in testing and/or preparing documentation.

Sound problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Exceptional communication skills - both written & verbal.

Exposure to SQL and database administration desirable but not required.
