About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised post-sales Service Delivery Specialist located in Victoria to oversee the project management and configuration of vehicle-based parking systems throughout Australia and New Zealand.

In this role, you will assist with the coordination and end-to-end process, including delivery logistics, on-site configuration and demonstration, customer training, and post-installation support.

This is a dynamic position that involves frequent travel and the opportunity to work directly with clients across the Australian and New Zealand regions.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Plan and manage the delivery, setup, and configuration of system hardware into customer vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Coordinate schedules and resources to meet client requirements.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the implementation, configuration, and setup process.

System Setup and Configuration

Aero Ranger’s systems are designed to be plug-and-play, enabling easy setup and configuration by end users. However, this role provides enhanced support to ensure an exceptional experience.

Learn and understand setup requirements, oversee correct installation, and manage the deployment and configuration of Aero Ranger's parking system hardware within vehicles, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.

Collaborate with installation teams and third-party contractors (e.g., auto electricians) as needed.

Customer Training & Support

Conduct hands-on training sessions with clients, including drive-along demonstrations to showcase system capabilities.

Address customer questions, provide operational guidance, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Phone Support & Troubleshooting

Provide remote support and troubleshooting to client’s post-installation, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams while maintaining communication with clients and managing their expectations.

Logistics Coordination

Manage the delivery of hardware and ensure all components are available for installations.

Work closely with logistics providers and internal teams to optimise delivery operations.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Is handy with basic hand tools, screw drivers and is confident around electronic devices (if you can confidently open up a PC case then this is you!!).

Has strong organisational and project management skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Demonstrates technical aptitude and an eagerness to learn new systems (training provided).

Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.

Thrives in a dynamic environment that involves frequent travel and hands-on work.

Is proactive and confident providing both in-person and over-the-phone customer support.

Holds a valid driver’s licence and passport (required for overseas travel).
