We’re looking for an experienced Installer/Leading Hand to join our clients growing commercial fitout team. You’ll be working onsite across Sydney, installing custom joinery for some of Australia’s most recognised brands.

This role is perfect for someone who’s confident running jobs on-site, keeping quality tight, and ensuring communication between the install team, project managers, and factory stays sharp.

What You’ll Be Doing

Installing commercial joinery onsite across a variety of projects

Leading small site teams and subcontractors where required

Reviewing and interpreting detailed plans and shop drawings

Checking off work against plans and ensuring finishes are spot-on

Communicating with factory, PMs, and clients for smooth installs

Taking ownership of site safety, timelines, and quality control

Providing clear feedback and resolving minor site issues on the go

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in commercial joinery installation

Strong understanding of detailed plans and fitout processes

Capable of taking the lead and coordinating site activity

High attention to finish quality and installation accuracy

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Professional, reliable, and focused on getting it done right

White Card and valid driver’s licence (essential)
