King of Auctions has a great career opportunity available for an Admin Allrounder to join our Vibrant team. This Fulltime Role, Reporting to the Director you will work alongside the Accounts Manager in a diverse and fast-paced role based in Ashmore.
What we're looking for an Enthusiastic Admin Allrounder with:
· Relevant significant experience in an administrative role
· Strong numeracy and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines,
Experience in Bookkeeping an advantage.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain great relationships with all stakeholders.
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Xero accounting software
· A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy and confidentiality
· Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
Skills And Experience
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Reliable with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Good Numerical and analytical skills
• Strong Communication Skills
• Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel
• Foreign Currency Transactions
• Assist with Stock Management
• Willingness to learn in house systems
• Monitor emails and correspondence
