Key Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on fixed and mobile plant equipment

Fault-finding and troubleshooting of mechanical systems

Ensure compliance with site safety and operational procedures

Collaborate with other trades and departments to ensure minimal downtime

Requirements:

Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter (Cert III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade or equivalent)

Previous mining or heavy industry experience highly regarded

Strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding skills

Commitment to safe work practices

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
