Job Advert: Contract Administrator – High-End Residential | North Sydney | Up to $120K + Super

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading high-end residential builder, known for delivering some of Sydney’s most architecturally designed, detail-driven homes. With a strong reputation for quality, collaboration, and a design-focused approach, they are now looking to bring an experienced Contract Administrator into their North Sydney-based team.

The Role:
As Contract Administrator, you’ll work closely with the Project Manager across multiple bespoke home builds, managing contracts, variations, procurement, and cost tracking from project award through to completion. You’ll also be required to attend site regularly to liaise with the construction team and ensure smooth delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a CA role for a high-end residential builder
• Background working on architecturally designed homes , $3M+ value preferred
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, subcontractor management, and cost reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
• Confident communicator, both in the office and on-site
• Construction Management degree or relevant qualification highly regarded
