We're working with a nationally recognised commercial fit out company seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their Sydney team on an initial 8-week contract, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected Tier 2 contractor delivering high-quality and heavy refurb office and commercial fit outs across Sydney.

Your role will include:

Preparing and managing subcontractor packages, variation and progress claims

Supporting the Project Manager with budgeting, forecasting and reporting

Liaising with suppliers, consultants, and subcontractors

Ensuring compliance with contract terms and project timelines

What we're looking for:

Previous experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial fit out, refurb or construction

Strong understanding of construction contracts

High attention to detail and strong communication skills

Available to start immediately or within 1 to 2 weeks
