Role: SAP REFX Analyst
Daily Rate: $800 incl. Super
Contract Length: 12 months

We're looking for an experienced SAP REFX Functional Analyst to join a key government program focused on real estate data migration and lease accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the migration of lease and property data into SAP REFX with accuracy and timeliness.

Collaborate with business teams to define data mapping rules and ensure transformation aligns with SAP structures.

Develop and execute test plans to validate data migration and support UAT activities.

Work closely with stakeholders from finance, property management, and legal to ensure business alignment.

Provide post-migration support to troubleshoot issues and enhance system usability.

Requirements:

Strong functional knowledge of SAP REFX (Real Estate Management).

Proven experience in data migration, mapping, testing, and reconciliation.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
