About the role:
We’re on the hunt for a creative and driven Marketing Manager to own and execute all things marketing. You’ll be the powerhouse behind our clients campaigns from shaping their brand story and managing digital channels to rolling out killer content and events. Reporting directly to the Founders, you’ll play a key role in steering strategy and driving performance, all while making sure the brand shines bright.

What you’ll do

• Develop, lead and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns across social, paid, email, SMS and more
• Build brand love through engaging content, influencer partnerships and community events
• Keep an eagle eye on market trends and performance data to refine strategies
• Manage campaign calendars and budgets to keep everything on track and on brand
• Partner with the founders team to roll out AI automations that make marketing magic happen
• Ensure brand values are front and centre - in every ad, post, and piece of comms

What we’re looking for

• 2–4 years’ experience in brand or marketing management
• A passion for storytelling and brand building, with strong digital and social know-how
• Sharp analytical skills and comfort using tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Google & Meta Ads, TikTok Ads
• Confident communicator who loves collaborating
• Always ahead of the curve on the latest marketing tech and cultural trends
