Working closely with the National BDM and Director, both of whom will pass warm leads your way, your focus will be on winning new commercial HVAC projects, building strong industry relationships, and helping drive the company’s expansion into the NSW market.

About the Role:
Be at the frontline of NSW growth – help crack the market and establish dominance
Work hand-in-hand with the National BDM and Director – both accessible, experienced, and invested in your success
Warm leads provided, but the role also demands a hunter mentality
Focus on winning new projects and establishing repeat business relationships
Build the NSW presence and shape the future leadership team

Existing NSW HVAC contacts will be highly advantageous

Strong communicator, able to engage clients from site level to boardroom discussions
Excellent negotiation and closing skills – you know how to drive deals over the line
A self-starter who thrives on building something and being recognized for your wins
Career-driven, with the ambition to progress into Branch Manager and beyond
