Job Description
Deliver a seamless guest experience by handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries with professionalism and care.
Assist guests with local information, tour bookings, and special requests, ensuring their stay is personalized and hassle-free.
Maintain accurate guest records, uphold security procedures, and proactively promote hotel services and promotions.
Qualifications
Successful 6–12 months of front office or customer service experience, ideally in a hotel or lodge setting.
Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Cultural sensitivity, adaptability, and Opera PMS knowledge are highly regarded, especially in remote or Indigenous community settings.
