About the role
This is not your average People & Culture Business Partner role. You’ll be a trusted advisor and a key driver of change, partnering with senior leaders to embed innovative, agile, and growth-focused ways of working.
With a strong focus on organisational development and change management, you’ll help teams embrace new ways of working and build a culture that thrives on continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting major change initiatives
- Coaching leaders and teams through transitions, ensuring people feel informed, engaged, and empowered
- Identifying and addressing risks and resistance to change
- Providing strategic HR guidance and coaching to managers
- Using data and insights to inform decisions and shape business initiatives
- Advising on employee relations (ER) and industrial relations (IR) matters
- Supporting external claims and compliance requirements
- Driving people-focused projects and programs across the business
- Building a high-performance, values-driven culture
About you
You’re an experienced HR Business Partner or change management specialist who thrives on working closely with leaders to build strong, engaged teams. You’re commercially savvy, confident navigating complex ER/IR issues, and passionate about driving transformation.
What you’ll bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, business, psychology, or similar
- Solid generalist HR experience, with expertise in change and organisational development
- Strong knowledge of ER, IR, and relevant legislation
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
