About the Role:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00PM
• Office location could not be better for public transport – located right about the bustling Fortitude Valley Train Station. This role is initially based full-time in the office, with the opportunity for flexible working arrangements following the successful completion of probation.
• Handle inbound claims and act as the first point of contact for customers following motor incidents.
• Provide exceptional service by guiding clients through the claims process with care and professionalism.
• Assess and gather key information to lodge and manage claims accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure claims are processed smoothly and timelines are met.
• Carry out general administrative tasks to support the claims function.
• Opportunity to step into a more senior claims role as you progress.

About You:

• Experience in motor insurance claims, general insurance claims, or claims lodgements.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Confident in handling conversations around claims with empathy and professionalism.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Quick to adapt to new systems and tools.
• A team player who’s eager to learn and grow within an evolving environment.
