About the Role

You'll play a key role in managing customer relationships and end-to-end freight forwarding operations across import/export and air/sea freight. You’ll liaise with global partners, handle customer orders, source competitive rates, and provide tailored shipping solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the main point of contact for clients, resolving queries professionally

Manage shipments, quotes, tenders for import/export via air and sea

Work closely with overseas agents and carriers

Source rates from shipping lines, airlines, and logistics affiliates

Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless delivery

Offer proactive shipping advice and value-added solutions

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Support the sales and operations teams to exceed client expectations

About You:

2+ years of experience in Air & Sea Freight Forwarding

Proficiency in CargoWise

Exceptional communication and customer service skills

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities

Collaborative mindset and positive team spirit

Driven, proactive, and solution-focused
