Our client is a successful Financial Planning practice who specialise in providing quality and tailored advice to high networth clients. With locations in Brisbane and Sydney, the practice has experienced continuous growth organically and through acquisition. With a strong professional team, they are seeking to appoint an experienced Client Services Manager who is ambitious and keen to complete their Professional Year.
About the Role:
As Client Service Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a professional service to clients whilst being involved throughout the advice process - spanning from implementation to reviews and ongoing service — working closely with our Financial Advisers and Support Team.
This is a busy, client centric environment where attention to detail, initiative, and excellent organisation skills are key to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Work directly with our Financial Advisers to ensure seamless client outcomes
Play a leading role in managing workflow with other members of the support team
Implement superannuation, investment, and insurance applications across multiple platforms.
Liaise directly with clients, super funds, product providers, accountants, and solicitors to implement client advice.
Manage ongoing servicing for clients including preparation of client reviews
Maintain accurate and timely client records in CRM (FIN365) and documentation systems (SharePoint)
Continuously seek to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a financial planning / wealth management role
Strong knowledge of superannuation, investments, and insurance products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proven ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
Completing the relevant Tertiary qualifications in Financial Planning.
Competent with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
Experience with financial planning platforms and ideally Xplan.
