About the Role: This is a high-volume, outbound customer contact role where you'll provide support to existing clients while helping to grow the business through quality referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requesting loan statements
• Updating customer details
• Supplying payout letters and documentation

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily using automated dialer tools
• Follow structured scripts and contact cycles
• Provide admin support on behalf of Broker teams:
  
• Educate customers on finance and insurance services
• Refer sales opportunities to Broker teams
• Guide customers through online car insurance processes

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience in high-volume outbound calling
• Comfortable using dialers, scripts, and structured workflows
• Strong multitasker – able to manage calls, emails, and CRM updates at once
• Tech-savvy and open to working with AI tools and automation
• Professional and friendly phone manner
• Proactive mindset with an eye for referral opportunities
