About Chariot
Chariot Corporation Limited (ASX: CC9) is an ambitious and fast-growing lithium exploration company, building a global portfolio of strategic lithium assets to power the future of clean energy. We’re not just exploring lithium—we’re helping shape the next chapter in the global energy transition.
We’ve secured a 66.7% stake in one of Nigeria’s most prospective hard rock lithium portfolios, covering 254 km² across Oyo and Kwara States, with active joint venture partnerships on the ground. In parallel, we’re advancing one of the largest lithium exploration footprints in the United States, with major projects including:
Black Mountain Project – a hard rock lithium system in Wyoming
Resurgent Project – a large-scale claystone lithium asset in the McDermitt Caldera (Nevada & Oregon)
Across our portfolio—including the Fonlo, Gbugbu, Iganna, and Saki Projects—we’re targeting high-grade lithium at surface, leveraging our early-mover advantage to create long-term value.
At Chariot, we’re building more than just a lithium company. We’re creating a high-impact platform for innovation, exploration, and opportunity—with a culture grounded in safety, sustainability, and results. We champion:
Relentless focus on value creation
Commitment to environmental and social responsibility
A strong project generation and growth mindset
Whether you're in the field or the boardroom, Chariot is a place where bold ideas, decisive action, and real ownership are encouraged. Join us in driving the lithium future—from Nigeria to the United States.
