The Role

As a Property Sales Consultant, you will:

Engage with the community and support local events to foster relationships.

Generate leads, handle inquiries, and conduct property appraisals.

List, advertise, and promote properties effectively.

Qualify potential buyers, coordinate viewings, and negotiate sales.

Ensure compliance with real estate legislation and procedures.

Maintain and update our customer database accurately.

Conduct open and private property inspections.

Work independently and part of a team, you are the face of the Metung office

Build a strong base of referral and repeat clients for the agency.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

Thrive on community involvement and possess extensive local knowledge.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Exhibit a positive, can-do attitude with exceptional attention to detail.

Have previous experience as a Sales Consultant (preferred).

Show proficiency in negotiation and customer service.

Hold a valid Victorian Driver's License.

Be willing to obtain a Real Estate License/Certificate of Registration.
