McIver College is seeking an experienced Trainer & Assessor with qualifications in Kitchen Management and Hospitality Management to join our staff on a sessional basis, delivering high-quality training to international students.

About the Role:
In this role, you will:
Deliver engaging and relevant training for students enrolled in Certificate IV in Kitchen Management and Diploma of Hospitality Management.
Plan, develop, and maintain training programs and learning materials.
Provide high-quality information and support to enrolled students.
Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to support their success.
Accurately record student attendance and assessment outcomes in line with McIver College policies.
Participate in professional development, team meetings, and other college activities.
Ensure compliance with OH&S, EEO, and other statutory requirements.
About You:
You will bring your industry expertise and passion for training, along with:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the hospitality industry (Chef, Hotel Manager, or similar role).
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or higher)
Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., Commercial Cookery, Hospitality Management).
A Skills Matrix demonstrating your competency in the units you will deliver.
Intermediate computer literacy
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
