The Role

As the Leasing & Inspections Manager, you will be involved in the servicing of this well-managed portfolio of approx. 140 properties locally. With plenty of support, this is an exciting opportunity to temporarily join a great team.
You will be responsible for:

• Manage a portfolio of 140 properties
• Effectively liaise with clients and tenants
• Complete repairs & maintenance management
• Routine Inspections
• Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
• NO weekends and NO accounts
• Flexible days and hours available
• Potential to go permanent!

The Candidate:

• Previous experience in Property Management/ Leasing & Inspections
• Experience using Property Tree is a must
• A Current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
• Strong attention to detail
• You will be able to communicate with all types of people and be able to negotiate
• A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
• Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
