The Role

As the Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cafe. Your duties will include:

Team Leadership: Leading a passionate team to deliver excellent service and uphold our cafe’s high standards.

Customer Experience: Ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience, from the quality of food and drinks to the ambiance of our riverside location.

Operational Excellence: Managing inventory, overseeing food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness to uphold health and safety standards.

Business Development: Contributing to the development and execution of strategies to drive sales and profitability.

Staff Development: Training and developing staff to enhance their skills and foster a positive work environment working closely with our FOH Supervisor to achieve and execute this.
