🛠️ What You’ll Do:

Deliver personalised service and consultations for our clients

Help clients design dream engagement rings, wedding bands, and fine jewellery

Manage customer relationships, orders, and CRM tasks

Assist with boutique upkeep, merchandising, and stock presentation

Support the store manager and team to achieve sales goals

A strong communicator who loves working with people

Passionate about retail and motivated by performance

Comfortable using technology and customer management systems

Previous experience in retail, luxury, or jewellery sales is highly regarded
