At Auswest Petals, we’ve been spreading beauty since 2012 as a dynamic and rapidly growing wholesale distributor of fresh cut flowers and foliages. Based in Canning Vale, Western Australia, we proudly source from both local and international growers to supply a diverse range of stunning blooms to florists, event companies, and wholesalers across Perth Metro, WA regional areas, and the Eastern States.

We’re on the lookout for a high-achieving Sales Consultant to help us grow our Fresh Cut Flower business. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a close-knit, supportive team where no two days are the same — and having fun is just part of the job.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Driving B2B sales and growing our presence in the fresh flower market.

Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing customers.

Identifying and approaching new leads and markets.

Cold calling and following up to grow our client base.

Supporting clients through the entire sales cycle with outstanding service.

Completing weekly sales admin tasks and updating inventory systems.

Working with the team to contribute ideas across all areas of the business.

Office-based on Monday and Tuesday, out in the field from Wednesday to Friday.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Has a strong and proven track record in sales (B2B or service-based preferred).

Communicates confidently and clearly, both verbally and in writing.

Thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

Is proactive, detail-oriented, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Has solid Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Works well independently and values the trust that comes with it.

Can support the team and contribute positively to our workplace culture.

Ideally has experience or interest in flowers — though not essential.
