About the role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong grounding in paid media, CRO, A/B Testing and CRM Strategy. This role is ideal for someone who is driven by performance, understands how to use data to inform decisions, and enjoys blending creativity with strategy to deliver results.
You will work on the optimisation of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with a strong focus on conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and A/B testing to enhance performance and drive measurable results. In addition, you will contribute to broader CRM strategy initiatives, including customer journey mapping, segmentation, and engagement workflows across platforms like ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo and custom solutions.
AI tools are a growing part of our work, from automating repetitive tasks to enhancing performance analysis. We’re looking for someone who is curious about marketing AI and keen to explore its practical applications beyond just ChatGPT.
This is a great opportunity for a results-oriented marketer to take ownership of digital campaigns while building deeper experience in CRM, automation and emerging AI-driven workflows.
Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for end-to-end campaign strategy, execution and reporting, including:
Planning, executing and optimising paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and re-marketing platforms
Collaborating with clients and creatives to develop performance-focused media plans that align with client objectives
Using AI-powered tools to streamline campaign workflows, automate reporting, and enhance performance analysis
Supporting the development and execution of CRM and EDM strategies, including audience segmentation, automation and A/B testing
Contributing to organic social media strategies, including planning content calendars, briefing creatives and tracking engagement metrics
Interpreting performance data across channels to generate actionable insights and refine campaign strategies
Monitoring and improving digital conversion funnels to increase leads and reduce cost per acquisition
Communicating campaign results and recommendations to clients, ensuring transparency, clarity and strategic alignment
Who would be a great fit
You’ll need a few years’ experience in digital marketing, and be wanting to take your career to the next level. You must have amazing communications and clarity in copy writing, as well as:
A smart problem solver and ability to think on your feet
Exposure to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, AdWords, SEM Rush, HotJar and Webmaster Tools
Great attention to detail
Amazing communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced industry working on 10+ accounts
