Due to internal progression, we’re looking for an experienced and proactive Client Engagement Lead to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in enhancing our client journey, ensuring our clients get the most value from our services, and contributing to our continued success.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and mentor a small team pivotal to the success of our client engagement strategy
- Identify and re-engage under-utilised client relationships, showcasing the full value of our services to maximise their usage and satisfaction.
- Develop and lead targeted client activation campaigns across omni channels.
- Dive into data insights to understand client behaviour, optimise our offerings, and proactively identify trends impacting engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and alignment with client goals.
About You:
You're a proactive, people savvy professional with a passion for client engagement and a drive to deliver results. Here is what set's you apart:
- Marketing Knowledge: You've worked with email campaigns and client engagement initiatives, with a track record of getting things done, you know how to turn ideas into action and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Confident Leader: You bring strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and guide a team toward a shared goal.
- Tech Savvy: You're confident in using Salesforce and ideally have experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Exceptional Communicator: You communicate clearly and confidently - both in writing and in person.
- Organised & Detail-Oriented: You thrive in fast paced environment, juggle multiple priorities with ease, and keep a close eye on the finer details.
- Data-Driven Thinker: You're comfortable digging into data to uncover insights, measure performance, and smart, strategic decisions.
