What you'll be doing:
As a trusted advisor, you’ll speak with business owners via Microsoft Teams and phone, setting them up for success. You’ll also review documentation, help identify risks, and create tailored policies, contracts and handbooks that keep businesses compliant and protected.

You'll also be guiding them through performance concerns, misconduct, award compliance, redundancies, terminations and more.

You’ll offer real-world, practical advice—balancing legal obligations with commercial needs.

What we’re looking for
You’re confident, calm under pressure, and bring at least 1–2 years’ experience in an HR, IR or ER advisory role.

You have a strong understanding of Australian employment legislation and can explain complex issues in a way that makes sense to clients.
