💰 $55.60 – $63.54 per hour + Super (12%) + Salary Packaging

What you’ll be doing in this role?
At Latrobe Community Health Service (LCHS), we’re passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based care across Gippsland and Oakleigh. As our Paediatric Clinical Educator, you’ll step into a vital leadership role, supporting the professional development of students, graduates and allied health professionals delivering paediatric services.
What you’ll do:
Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to emerging allied health professionals
Lead the coordination of student placements and education programs
Ensure services are child-centred, evidence-based, and continuously improving
Collaborate with universities and internal teams to deliver best-practice outcomes
Influence and build a thriving paediatric service culture
What you’ll need:
A Bachelor’s degree in an Allied Health discipline
AHPRA registration (if applicable)
Significant clinical experience and a passion for developing others
Strong communication and leadership skills
Working with Children’s Check and Driver’s Licence
