East Wimmera Health Service (EWHS) is a fully accredited small rural health service across five campuses encompassing five communities in the Buloke and Northern Grampians Shires in North Western Victoria.

East Wimmera Health Service (EWHS) is currently seeking applications for an Allied Health Team Leader to join our Primary Care team playing a key role in overseeing and reporting of the multidisciplinary Allied Health team.

The Allied Health Team Leader will take a leadership role in supporting the broader Allied Health Team work towards an integrated model of primary care delivery as part of our organisational transformation. The Team Leader will be responsible for innovative solutions to the delivery of Allied Health in a rural setting: delegated scope, partnerships with neighbouring health services and private allied health contractors and recruitment.

The successful candidate will hold a caseload and work as part of the multidisciplinary team in the provision of clinical services relevant to their discipline. They must have experience in managing multidisciplinary teams across various locations and hold a current AHPRA registration or equivalent Allied Health Professional.

Campus base is negotiable but the role requires travel to multiple sites so a current Victorian Drivers License is essential
