As our NSW Business Development Manager, you’ll own the territory, drive new business, and make a tangible impact by delivering elevated sleep solutions to retailers across the state. Sydney will be your home base, but your influence will stretch far beyond.
🌟 Your Role
Spearhead new business growth throughout New South Wales — prospecting, pitching, closing, and onboarding with confidence.
Travel regularly across the coastline and beyond to meet prospects in person and build pipelines.
Visit Melbourne every second month to foster broader market opportunities.
Cultivate strong relationships with customers and work alongside our service team to ensure smooth delivery and ongoing support.
Become a product expert so you can lead compelling conversations with customers and prospects.
Manage local stock and ensure timely delivery — rolling up your sleeves when needed to get the job done.
Operate with autonomy while collaborating with a high-performance team that shares your drive.

A proven track record in B2B sales — ideally within bedding, retail, or service-based sectors.
