About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Business Development professional to join our team on a part-time basis.
This is a newly created role, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to make it their own.
Key Duties will include:
- Identifying and establishing relationships with schools not currently supported by JTC Technology.
- Growing the school client base and leveraging that reputation to develop opportunities in other industries.
- Introducing JTC Technology’s IT support services to prospective clients.
- Developing and managing a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover and onboarding of new clients.
- Representing the company at relevant networking events, meetings, and industry forums.
- Travelling to client sites across the Sydney metropolitan and occasionally to the Central Coast as required.
Requirements
We are seeking a candidate who:
- Has experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably within IT services, education, or professional services.
- Has worked in a role that involved building new client relationships or markets.
- Can manage their own workload and time effectively to achieve agreed outcomes.
- Holds a current driver’s licence and has access to their own vehicle.
- Has experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines, contacts, and client interactions.
