Business Manager – NDIS Services
Location: Liverpool, NSW
Salary: $42–$44 per hour (SCHADS Award)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday

We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Business Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in leading service delivery and business operations.
About the Role
As the Business Manager, you will be at the forefront of our operations, overseeing key teams and ensuring excellence in service delivery and compliance. You will support and guide Support Coordinators and Rostering Coordinators, lead the setup and oversight of Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes, and work closely with the Director to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and support the Support Coordination and Rostering teams.
Manage day-to-day operations of SIL homes and assist in setting up new residences.
Coordinate and facilitate the intake of new client referrals.
Assist the Director in ongoing business development and operational tasks.
Conduct internal audits and facilitate external NDIS audits, ensuring full compliance with NDIS Practice Standards.
Process invoicing on a fortnightly basis and categorise payments received.
Foster strong, collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Stay up to date with evolving NDIS policies, ensuring best practices across the organisation.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and client-focused service.
About You
You are a confident and organised professional with a strong understanding of the NDIS framework. You thrive in a leadership role and bring enthusiasm and a solutions-focused mindset to your team. You are not only compliance-driven but also passionate about client outcomes and community impact.
Essential Criteria
Extensive knowledge and understanding of NDIS operations, guidelines, and compliance requirements.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Business Management, ideally within the disability or community services sector.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and maintain stakeholder relationships.
