Hourly rate: $30–$35 permanent + super | Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–4:30 PM | Bendigo location

We’re looking for a positive, reliable, and hardworking Labourer / Trades Assistant to join our team in Bendigo. This is more than “just a job” — it’s a chance to contribute meaningfully to a team that values each other and takes pride in our work.

Our client is a respected business in the construction industry, known for great buildings — and even better teams. This role is all about supporting our tradespeople on site to keep things running smoothly, so they can focus on what they do best.

What You’ll Do:

Be on our site early and ready to go — you’ll start at 6:30 AM each day to set up for success.

Make sure our trades have the materials, tools, and support they need with minimal disruption.

Pitch in wherever needed to keep the day moving forward — a true team player.

Help with deliveries, housekeeping and preparation for the next stage of the build.

What We’re Looking For:

A happy, can-do attitude — you enjoy helping others and being part of a team.

Excellent communication skills — you check in, you ask, you listen.

A love of physical, outdoor work — you’re fit, active, and take pride in being hands-on.

A standout work ethic — being “on time” means being ready before the start.

A forklift licence is ideal, but if you don’t have one, you’re ready to get one.
