We’re currently seeking Skilled Trade Assistants to join our Commercial Fit Out team, with projects primarily based in Melbourne’s CBD and inner eastern suburbs.

About the Role

In this full-time role, you’ll support our carpenters and site leaders on high-end commercial fit out projects — including offices, universities, and refurbishments. You’ll be given the opportunity to develop new skills, take on varied tasks, and grow into more advanced roles over time.

Responsibilities

Assist carpenters and other trades on site

Handle tools, materials, and general labour duties

Support basic carpentry tasks under supervision

Help with deliveries, clean-up, and site organisation

Follow instructions and maintain safe work practices

Work across a variety of sites and project types

What You’ll Need

Previous construction or trade assistant experience (Essential)

White Card (mandatory)

Current driver’s licence and own transport (essential)

A good attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic

Ability to follow direction and work in a team

Basic tools
