We are seeking applications for the role of Sales Manager Victoria.

Industrial Decontamination Services Pty Ltd is a world leader in the decontamination and refurbishment of personal protective equipment and apparel. Our business is expanding rapidly with 5 sites nationally and interest from international clients for our process.
Heavy industry and mining are all under pressure to improve safety performance, minimise the impact on the environment and reduce waste to landfill. This pressure has led to an extraordinary demand for our unique, world's first processes.
What your day looks like?
Your time will be split, 80% new business development and 20% account management.
Identifying potential customers, setting meetings with the key decision makers and listening to their requirements. Finally tailoring a solution to meet the customer's needs.
Manage and drive profitable business within your nominated region.
Design and implement structured customer plan for existing and new business.
Monitor, problem solve and respond to opportunities and threats within the external market (including competition, customers, and suppliers).
Who are you?
Demonstrated experience in solution selling, ability to source new business opportunities.
Strong negotiation, influencing, business planning and sales strategy skills.
Demonstrated in building a strong pipeline.
Ability to identify and capture new business opportunities within existing customers.
High energy, passionate about collaboration with a professional outlook
Valid driver's licence, willingness, and ability to travel regularly.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B industrial sales environment
Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales management, preferably in industrial services
Must have permanent right to work in Australia
Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
An attractive Salary package including incentive payments and car allowance are on offer for the successful candidate.
