An exciting opportunity is available for a full-time or part-time experienced Retail Manager to work with our skilled community pharmacy team at Inglewood Amcal Chemist and Civic News.

We are a busy 7-day pharmacy/Lotterywest agent in the Inglewood area providing prescriptions and pharmacy services with quality customer care. Open 8am-9pm Mondays-Fridays, 8am-9pm Saturdays and 9am-7pm Sundays/public holidays.

We are seeking a full-time or part-time experienced Retail Manager who is passionate and highly motivated to work with our healthcare team. The primary purpose of this role is to provide accountability for the management of all aspects of the retail business. In addition, this role will be accountable for the successful operational requirements of the Pharmacy, including Human Resources, Financial/Inventory Management, Promotions/Marketing/Merchandise and overall Customer Service Standards. This is a leadership role and is responsible for the management of all staff within the Retail Pharmacy.

Qualifications and experience required:

Recent retail pharmacy experience

Previous experience with planograms, promotions and merchandising

Leadership skills

Strong interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills

Exceptional customer service skills

Excellent product knowledge

Strong eye for detail and accuracy

Dedicated work ethic and a strong team player

Excellent communication skills

Prior experience working with FRED is an advantage

Prior experience working with Lotterywest retail is an advantage
