About the role

Mangles Corner Store is looking for an experienced Barista Manager to lead our thriving takeaway café team in South Bunbury, Western Australia. As the Barista Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of café operations, from managing the barista team to delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time role that will see you working closely with the wider business to drive the growth and success of our store.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and training the barista team to ensure consistently high-quality coffee and exceptional customer service

Managing café operations, including inventory, ordering, scheduling, and financial reporting

Developing and implementing strategies to improve café performance and profitability

Fostering a positive and productive work environment for the café team

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

Extensive experience as a barista, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality coffee and exceptional customer service

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically

A deep understanding of café operations, including inventory management, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers
