Your Role Will Include:

Running smooth and efficient shifts across the venue

Leading front-of-house and bar teams with confidence

Handling customer feedback with professionalism and care

Cash handling, stock control, and end-of-day balancing

Ensuring RSA/RSG compliance and a safe, welcoming environment

Supporting staff development and fostering a positive team culture

What You Need:

Current RSA & RSG (RMLV & Approved Manager a big plus)

Previous experience in a similar supervisory role

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to stay calm under pressure and make confident decisions

A genuine passion for hospitality and community

Available nights and weekends
