About Us
Sunshine Beach Surf Club is a popular, community-focused venue just minutes from Noosa, offering great food, drinks, and entertainment with stunning ocean views.
The Role
We’re seeking a motivated Duty Manager to oversee daily operations across bar, Reception, gaming, and functions. You’ll lead a energetic team, ensure excellent service, and uphold compliance standards. This is a hands-on role in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Whether you have previous Duty Manager experience or you’re ready to take the next step in your hospitality career, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Need
Hospitality leadership experience or readiness to step up.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and people skills.
Current RSA and RSG (RCG desirable).
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Our Club
The Surf Club Sunshine Beach enjoys unparalleled views of the coast from its position set above beautiful Sunshine Beach and is only 2kms from central Noosa.
From the spacious deck with unencumbered views toﾠ the Ocean View Room where diners can taste the best the sea has to offer, the Surf Club is a great place to enjoy a drink or meal.

The Surf Club is a Licensed club for Members and Guests (18 years+), please show your membership card or sign in upon entry.
Family friendly: parents and childrenﾠ will all enjoyﾠ a visit to our Club with a kids room and children’s menu on offer, children must be supervised
