Now Hiring: Duty Manager – Beverage-Focused Leader Wanted

We’re on the lookout for a confident and motivated Duty Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced venue and knows how to lead a shift, support the team, and drive strong results behind the bar.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations during your shift

Lead the bar and floor team, ensuring smooth and efficient service

Monitor and maintain high service standards at all times

Motivate the team to upsell and promote key beverage offerings

Manage cash handling and end-of-day procedures

Support training and development of junior staff

Your Key KPI:
Drive beverage sales. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of this area, whether it’s identifying missed opportunities, pushing signature serves, or working with the team to improve knowledge and engagement around our drinks offering.

About You:

Proven experience in a bar or hospitality leadership role

Strong knowledge of beverages, especially cocktails

Natural leadership skills and confident decision-making

Able to lead from the front and set the pace on shift

Passionate about guest experience and team culture

RSA required
