💼 Drive digital procurement reform at the centre of government transformation. A leading federal agency is seeking a senior Procurement Specialist to lead strategic policy analysis, uplift governance frameworks, and shape procurement capability across the organisation.

🔍 Your New Role
As Procurement Specialist, you'll lead a targeted review of procurement policies and procedures, identifying gaps and delivering actionable recommendations. You'll:

• Conduct gap analysis across procurement frameworks, templates, and processes
  
• Align policy with CPRs, PGPA Act, and probity principles
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to validate findings and shape change
  
• Draft updated procedures, training initiatives, and governance artefacts
  
• Support whole-of-organisation uplift and change management activities
  

🎯 What You'll Bring

• Strong knowledge of CPRs, PGPA Act, and probity principles
  
• Proven experience leading strategic procurement reviews and contract governance
  
• Ability to conduct gap analysis and deliver clear, actionable recommendations
  
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and written communication skills
  
• Experience in federal government procurement environments
