About the role

Droneit Group is seeking a talented Drone (RPAS) Training Instructor to join our team in Orchard Hills, NSW. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality training and assessment to students seeking to obtain their Remote Pilot Licence (RePL).

What you'll be doing

Delivering comprehensive RePL + AROC theory and practical training to students

Conducting flight assessments for Remote Pilot Licences (RePL) and endorsements

Ensuring all training and assessment activities comply with relevant regulations and standards

Maintaining detailed records of student progress and assessment outcomes

Providing timely and constructive feedback to students to support their learning

Continuously updating your knowledge to stay informed of industry developments and best practices

What we're looking for

Extensive experience as a Remote Pilot with a valid RePL

Excellent teaching and communication skills, with the ability to engage students of diverse backgrounds

Strong knowledge of drone regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices

Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, deliver, and assess training programs

Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail

Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
